Shannon is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 30 years of experience. She works with adults, utilizing a straight-forward yet approachable systemic (individual as well as relational) and trauma-informed focus. Her areas of interest and training include couples and individual therapy with a focus on relational trauma and infidelity; premarital counseling; post-partum depression; eldercare; sexuality; anxiety; depression; grief and loss; assertive communication; and mindful, healthy self-care practices. She is LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
