With a background in leadership and education, Nate Toso brings empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s story. He is committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges while fostering resilience, growth, and lasting healing.
Nate holds a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological Services, with a certification in Addiction Studies. He has experience working with individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, trauma-related symptoms, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.
