Nate Toso

ASAT® (Associate Sex Addiction Therapist)

ASATs complete the same training as CSATs (Certified Sex Addiction Therapists), however, they may have less than 5 years of clinical experience, may not have a master’s degree, and/or may not have full licensure yet, but are working towards that goal.

Specializing in substance abuse, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.

With a background in leadership and education, Nate brings empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s story. He is committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges while fostering resilience, growth, and lasting healing.

Nate holds a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological Services, with a certification in Addiction Studies. He has experience working with individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, trauma-related symptoms, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.

“I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood as they work toward meaningful change. I tailor each therapy session to an individual’s unique needs, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.”
