Meet Your Couples and Family Therapist, Natalie Anderl

Natalie brings a warm, relational approach to her work with couples and families, creating a supportive environment where each person feels heard and valued. She is passionate about helping clients strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together with compassion and understanding.

With experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, Natalie draws on trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to help couples and families build emotional resilience, repair trust, and develop healthy coping and communication skills. Her work is grounded in mindfulness and practical skill-building, helping clients create lasting change both within themselves and in their relationships.

Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. She is currently practicing under clinical supervision as she works toward full licensure.
