Natalie Giwoyna

Natalie is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with seminary-based training, offering trauma-informed, relationally attuned care to individuals, couples, and families at Alliance for Healing. She has specialized training in trauma-related symptoms, OCD, anxiety, and depression, and brings three years of residential experience supporting adolescents and families through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Natalie integrates evidence-based modalities, including DBT, Narrative Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Neurofeedback, with a Christ-centered lens for clients seeking faith-informed support.

Grounded in systemic theory and guided by a deep respect for each client’s story, Natalie specializes in helping people navigate emotional dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. Her approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, relational, and mindfulness-informed, creating safe spaces for clients to build resilience and healing. Tailored to each client’s goals, whether that’s building emotional resilience, restoring connection, or living a values-led life, Natalie is passionate about bridging neuroscience, relational healing, and spiritual meaning in the therapeutic process.
