Relationship betrayal or infidelity causes deep wounds from the deceptions used to hide behaviors from their partner. These behaviors may include an affair, pornography, secret sexual encounters, or hidden spending and more. When discovered, the degree of hurt and pain to your partner is deep and extensive. Healing your relationship will require stretching past all your fears and inadequacies. This is a class for those who desire healthy transformation and are not afraid to look deep within and do the work it takes to heal. It is for those who want to become congruent and whole.
In this class we will address the hole of shame, dive into the choices made and the pursuit of what went wrong, explore the reality of the impact on self and relationship, and finally begin teasing apart the cornerstones of intimacy and becoming the person you aspire to be.

Betrayal by the people we trust and count on, the ones who most intimately know who we are, is an unraveling of life as we once believed it to be. It wipes out trust and causes one to doubt or question everything they thought they knew. It is a descent into a bizarre world of absurdity. The first step out begins with knowing where you landed and holding on to reality while navigating your way out of chaos and back to a place of hopefulness and resiliency.
In this class we will explore the surreal experience of betrayal, the loss of beliefs, and trust, while we examine its traumatic impact and the overwhelming need to understand the twists of logic and what went wrong, and finally what it takes to start healing your intimacy wounds.
Class is limited to 10 participants.
