Natalie Anderl, MA, Supervised Professional Clinical Counselor
Specialized training: Trauma-Related Symptoms, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Natalie brings a warm, relational approach to her work with clients. She has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, and is especially drawn to working with trauma-related symptoms, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
Before transitioning to outpatient practice, Natalie spent three years in a residential mental health setting, where she supported adolescent girls and their families using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her work emphasized building emotional resilience, improving communication, and fostering healthy coping strategies.
Natalie takes a skills-based, mindfulness-informed approach that is rooted in trauma-informed and evidence-based care. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in their healing and growth.
Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. She is currently practicing under clinical supervision as she works toward full licensure.
