“Being a part of the Alliance for Healing team has renewed my sense of belonging in the mental health field. With a background in organizational leadership and over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I used to feel defeated as I navigated past challenges with different leadership and staff. Ever since I joined Alliance for Healing, I feel fortunate to have finally found a group of professionals who are genuine in their approach to this work. I am proud to be part of a team that is rooted in strong values and warm hearts.”

Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD)
We invest in our clinicians and encourage the desire to gain knowledge. Alliance for Healing is seeking a licensed therapist — or a clinician approaching full licensure — who is looking to build a stable, long-term clinical home within a collaborative, high-integrity team.
We hire intentionally. Our goal is not simply to fill a position, but to grow a cohesive group of clinicians committed to meaningful trauma-informed work and professional consistency.
We specialize in relational trauma, betrayal trauma, and problematic sexual behaviors. Our approach integrates talk therapy, neurofeedback, expressive modalities, and structured meaning-making work to support whole-person healing. If this excites you, we support you in your training.
Professional Development
We invest in clinicians who are committed to deepening their expertise within our specialty areas. This includes:
- Paid training time and stipend for advanced training aligned with our clinic focus
- Structured training in betrayal trauma and relational trauma recovery
- Training and supervision in neurofeedback integration
- Clinical training in Photo Insights™, our imagery-based approach that supports trauma processing and identity repair
Photo Insights™ helps therapists approach each client’s story with disciplined curiosity — allowing meaning to emerge from lived experience rather than relying on default narratives or predetermined interpretation.
What You Can Expect
- Support building a desirable case load.
- Steady referral flow aligned with our specialty areas
- Administrative and credentialing support
- A supportive, accountable clinical team
We define full-time clearly and support therapists in reaching and maintaining their contracted caseload. We are building an engaged and collaborative team.
Stability Recognition Bonus
We provide a Stability Bonus tied to maintaining your contracted case load and professional standards within the first 4 to 6 months. This reflects our commitment to long-term reliability and team stability.
