Our Team Approach
Care You Can Trust. Support You Can Feel.
At Alliance for Healing, we believe that healing happens best in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our clinicians work together to provide personalized care across a wide range of mental health needs. Whether you are seeking support for relational trauma, emotional regulation, individual or relationship repair and healing, or reclaiming a coherent sense of self, purpose, and belonging after trauma has fractured identity and disrupted meaning, our team ensures that your treatment is tailored to your unique goals.
A Team Supporting You and Each Other
Our team includes experienced specialists and newer clinicians who are supported through mentorship and regular consultation with senior staff. Every therapist benefits from the guidance of Dr. Diane Hovey, shared knowledge, and ongoing training so that even fresh perspectives are rooted in expert insight.

Our team thrives on collaboration. Every clinician, whether new or experienced, benefits from ongoing supervision and consultation so our clients receive care informed by multiple perspectives, not just one.”
— Dr. Diane Hovey, PhD, LMFT
