CSAT Therapist
Embrace authenticity, confidence, and connection.
Sexual addiction can deeply affect your sense of self, relationships, and emotional well-being. At Alliance for Healing, our Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSATs) specialize in helping clients heal from compulsive sexual behaviors, betrayal trauma, and the emotional pain that often accompanies these struggles.
CSAT therapists provide structured, evidence-based treatment that goes beyond surface-level behavior management. With empathy and expertise, our therapists guide you through understanding the roots of addiction—such as attachment wounds, shame, trauma, and unmet emotional needs—while helping you develop tools to create lasting change and rebuild trust in yourself and others.
Loss of control over sexual behaviors
CSAT therapists help you identify triggers, understand the cycle of addiction, and develop strategies to regain balance and control.
Broken trust and relational strain
Infidelity or secrecy can lead to profound disconnection. Therapy supports honest communication, emotional safety, and rebuilding healthy intimacy.
Shame, guilt, and self-blame
Our therapists create a compassionate space to explore painful emotions and cultivate self-acceptance without judgment.
Underlying trauma or emotional pain
Sexual addiction often develops as a coping mechanism. CSAT therapists addresses the emotional roots to promote true healing and recovery.
Desire for sustainable change
Through accountability, insight, and supportive tools, therapy helps you build a foundation for long-term growth and relational integrity.
