KELLY RYAN, MS

Kelly is passionate about creating a positive therapeutic environment to help you get where you want to be in life. Her goal is for you to feel empowered and carry the healing from your sessions into your daily life. Therapy sessions with Kelly are strength-based and structured to give you new coping tools, increase emotional awareness, and develop healthier communication strategies.

Kelly’s work is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy, mindfulness, and neurofeedback. Her work experiences have included in-home family therapy, day training and habilitation for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral concerns, in-home therapy with children and adolescents, and art therapy in a psychiatric DBT program.

Kelly enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and couples. She is nonjudgmental, approachable, empathetic, and understanding.

When not working, Kelly spends a lot of time riding her horse and working in her garden. She believes that it is important to have a healthy work-life balance so that she can be fully present for you as she helps you navigate the path toward emotional wellness.
