Connie has developed a set of skills to help people understand, cope and overcome different mental health challenges. She has a mindful presence; fosters an awareness of individual, cultural and ethnic diversity; and provides a safe environment that is welcoming and peaceful for all people. Through non-judgmental exploration and life review, she will assist you to identify areas of repeated undesirable patterns that are negatively impacting your own functioning and the functioning of those around you. Throughout this process, Connie assists people in enhancing self-determination skills. While you process through challenges, Connie will be fully present as she listens to, supports and assists you in developing healthy skills.

With a background in Psychology, Gerontology, and Social Work, Connie specializes in providing psychotherapy for families, individuals and more mature populations. She has supported people with and through PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, end-of-life, chronic illnesses, medical conditions, personality disorders, intimate betrayal, and more. Shas has also trained to help people move beyond problematic sexual behaviors and specializes in helping individuals who have experienced betrayal trauma. Whatever your area of need, Connie will work together with you to forge a healthy path on your journey toward positive well-being.
